Looking for a new way to exercise the body, mind and spirit? Hula Hoop Dance and Fitness offers a full body workout to leave you sweaty and smiling.
Adult sessions run in the fall, winter and spring. We often offer a reduced schedule during the summer months.
Adult classes are open to ages 14 years and older (anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).

HOOP FLOW (MIXED LEVEL)
Learn the foundations of Hoop Dancing in this 6 week session, including core hooping, off-body movements using the hands, and the transitions between these styles. The focus will be on developing a movement flow with the hoop. Some light Yoga will be incorporated in each class…bring your mat! No experience is necessary!
